{"id":5924,"date":"2021-06-15T00:57:13","date_gmt":"2021-06-15T00:57:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/opcions.ec\/portal\/?p=5924"},"modified":"2021-06-15T01:26:00","modified_gmt":"2021-06-15T01:26:00","slug":"juventud-socialista-al-ces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/opcions.ec\/portal\/2021\/06\/15\/juventud-socialista-al-ces\/","title":{"rendered":"Juventud Socialista al CES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">JUVENTUD SOCIALISTA EXIGE CONFORMACI\u00d3N TRANSPARENTE DEL CONSEJO DE EDUCACI\u00d3N SUPERIOR (CES)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La poca participaci\u00f3n en el Concurso P\u00fablico de M\u00e9ritos y Oposici\u00f3n para la designaci\u00f3n de los miembros del Consejo de Educaci\u00f3n Superior (CES); y del Consejo de Aseguramiento de la Calidad de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior (CACES) para el periodo 2021-2026, es motivo de preocupaci\u00f3n para la dirigencia de las Juventudes Socialistas del Ecuador (JSE).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan manifest\u00f3 Roc\u00edo Y\u00e9pez, Asamble\u00edsta Nacional Alterna y Presidenta Nacional de la JSE, el CES debe estar compuesto por representantes de las instituciones superiores y no por personas escogidas por procedimientos dudosos que no tienen ninguna representaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a la importancia de reformar el Consejo de Educaci\u00f3n Superior porque limitar\u00eda la participaci\u00f3n de las instituciones superiores. \u201cEl CES tiene una composici\u00f3n excluyente y antidemocr\u00e1tica que fue impuesta por una concepci\u00f3n autoritaria\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 Y\u00e9pez exigiendo la conformaci\u00f3n transparente de dicho organismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La supresi\u00f3n del anti t\u00e9cnico y discriminatorio examen de ingreso a la Universidad;
